This study used a qualitative approach with a case study design to gain a comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape, not only in terms of infrastructure availability but also the quality of technology utilization and the subjects' experiences. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with teachers and principals, observations of the learning process, and documentation studies, then analyzed thematically. The results indicate a digital divide at two main levels. The First Level Gap appears significant, characterized by limited physical infrastructure, unstable electricity supply, and weak internet connections that hinder the functionality of ICT devices. This condition is exacerbated by the Second Level Gap, namely the low digital literacy competency of teachers and students. The majority of teachers have not yet optimally mastered Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK), so the use of ICT tends to be substitutive and not pedagogically integrated. The impact of this condition is stagnant learning quality, low student learning outcomes, and increasing educational inequality between rural and urban schools. Therefore, this study recommends intervention policies focused on sustainable digital infrastructure development and structured teacher capacity-building programs to comprehensively address the digital divide.
Adi Nur Ali M. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study explores real-world conditions through interviews, observations, and analysis of school documents. The study results showed that device failures occurred more quickly due to the lack of maintenance SOPs, a limited maintenance schedule, and weak damage reporting mechanisms. During the procurement stage, schools focused more on sophistication and budget absorption than on analyzing pedagogical needs, resulting in many devices not being appropriate for the learning context. Teachers' low digital literacy hampered the optimal use of technology, while the lack of an inventory system resulted in ineffective planning for device maintenance and replacement. This study concluded that the root of the problem lies in unintegrated technology management, including maintenance, procurement, competency development, and curriculum planning. These findings are expected to encourage schools to develop more systematic and sustainable technology lifecycle management so that devices can have a real impact on learning.
Ulfatul Munawaroh Sayidah Eva Milatul Qistiyah Nur Anim Jauhariyah Copyright (c) 2025 ICO EDUSHA 2026-01-14 2026-01-14 6 1 190 202 ANALISIS KINERJA KEUANGAN PADA PT. Banyuwangi Regency, as one of the regions that is actively encouraging the digitalization of public services, is also implementing school digitalization policies through the use of online learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and various digital education applications. However, the implementation of this policy has given rise to academic debate regarding its effectiveness in reducing inequality in access to digital learning between schools. This research aims to critically analyze the effectiveness of school digitalization policies in Banyuwangi in overcoming digital inequality through a literature review approach. The research method used is a literature study by examining national and international journal articles, government policy documents, institutional reports, and online publications that are relevant to the topic of educational digitalization and the digital divide. The results of the study show that school digitalization policies have great potential in increasing learning flexibility and educational management efficiency, but are not yet fully able to overcome digital inequality due to differences in infrastructure, teachers' digital literacy capacity, and students' socio-economic readiness. Therefore, a more inclusive and sustainable policy strategy is needed so that the digitalization of education is not only a symbol of modernization, but also a means of equal access and justice to education.

Keywords : School Digitalization, Education Policy, Digital Inequality, Online Learning, Banyuwangi

Lidia Astuti Safarotul Jannah Nur Anim Jauhariyah Copyright (c) 2025 ICO EDUSHA 2026-01-14 2026-01-14 6 1 219 238 The Leadership Role of the Management of Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School, Banyuwangi, in Responding to the Challenges of the Digital Generation https://prosiding.stainim.ac.id/index.php/prd/article/view/622
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan pengurus Pondok
Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi dalam merespons tantangan
generasi digital pada pendidikan Islam modern. Employing a qualitative case study approach at Bank Muamalat's Genteng Sub-Branch Office, data was collected through methodological triangulation, including direct observation, in-depth interviews with the manager, funding staff, customer service representatives, and prospective pilgrims, as well as document analysis. Data were analyzed interactively through stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The Muamalat DIN application successfully builds digital trust through the convergence of Sharia principles (the wadīah yad dhamānah contract and oversight by the Sharia Supervisory Board) with technological transparency. The application functions as a driver of financial and spiritual inclusion by eliminating geographical barriers and facilitating the fulfillment of maqashid sharia, particularly hifzh ad-din (preservation of faith). High adoption rates are driven by perceptions of usefulness and ease of use, reinforced by community-based religious outreach strategies. A transformation in service culture is demonstrated through the synergy between the digital interface and the ethical values (akhlaq) embedded in customer service. The primary challenges identified are reliance on uneven internet infrastructure and system overload during peak periods. The implementation of Islamic fintech in Hajj services through Muamalat DIN represents a successful paradigmatic transformation that harmonizes Sharia compliance, inclusive technological innovation, and ethical service. In this study, a survey of 100 donors was conducted to collect data regarding their expectations and experiences with the provided services. The IPA method was used to identify factors influencing donor satisfaction, while the CSI method was applied to measure the overall level of satisfaction. The analysis results indicate that several service elements need improvement, including transparency in the reporting of infaq fund usage and responsiveness to donor inquiries. The physical evidence dimension was excluded from the analysis because it did not meet the reliability test (Cronbach’s Alpha < 0.6). The validity test results show that all questionnaire items are valid (P-value < 0.05). The CSI score of 70.57% indicates that, in general, donors are satisfied with the services of the Infaq Management Institution (LMI). Based on the IPA analysis, there were no attributes in the main priority quadrant (Quadrant I), but four attributes should be maintained because of their high performance and high importance (Quadrant II), namely the implementation of the 3S principle (Smile, Greet, Serve), transparency in fund management, accuracy of fund allocation, and confidentiality of donor data. On the other hand, six attributes fall into the low-priority quadrant (Quadrant III), indicating potential improvements in reporting and communication aspects. These results provide strategic insights for LMI to maintain its service excellence and enhance areas that are still suboptimal to sustain and increase donor loyalty. The results indicate that the product employs a combined mudharabah musyarakah scheme, with members as capital owners (shahibul maal) and the BMT as both manager (mudharib) and capital participant. The implementation mechanism encompasses member registration, contract explanation, profit-sharing ratio determination, routine deposits, and fund management within a halal, low-risk financing portfolio. Profit distribution occurs before religious holidays in cash or in-kind. The contract application adheres to sharia principles, including transparency, clear profit-sharing, no upfront fixed profit guarantee, and the use of funds for halal activities. The study concludes that while sharia principles are met, enhancing member education and strengthening risk management are crucial for the contract's sustainability. Digital transformation in madrasas and Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) is a crucial need in this era of technological acceleration, particularly to improve the quality of learning and the effectiveness of institutional management. However, the process of implementing technology does not always run smoothly because Islamic educational institutions have unique characteristics related to values, organizational structure, and resource readiness. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach to explore in-depth the understanding, experiences, and perceptions of teachers, education staff, and madrasah administrators regarding the implemented technological innovations, as well as the various obstacles that emerged during the implementation process. The data analysis techniques used refer to the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation related to the e-madrasah system, LMS, computer-based exams, and various digital practices used in learning and school management. The results indicate that educational technology innovation in Islamic institutions operates in two main domains. From a managerial perspective, the implementation of digital administration systems, digital literacy training for teachers, and the development of technology-based curricula play a significant role in improving the effectiveness of institutional governance. Meanwhile, from an implementation perspective, the use of blended learning, interactive media, AI-based applications, and digital learning platforms can improve the flexibility and quality of Islamic education. However, the technology adoption process still faces significant obstacles, such as limited internet infrastructure and devices, low teacher digital competency, resistance to change, budget constraints, and a lack of digital content aligned with Islamic values. These obstacles slow the innovation diffusion process, as described in Everett M. Rogers' model, particularly at the persuasion and implementation stages. Managerial strategies such as ongoing training, collaboration to strengthen infrastructure, development of an Islamic digital curriculum, and measurable technology use policies have been shown to help mitigate obstacles and strengthen the sustainability of technological innovation in Islamic educational institutions.

Keywords: Educational Technology, Madrasah, Innovation, Islamic Education Management, Innovation Diffusion
Putri Nur Fadiyah Arih Lailatul Fadilah Zulfa Roikhatul Jannah Nur Anim Jauhariyah Copyright (c) 2025 ICO EDUSHA 2026-01-14 2026-01-14 6 1 203 218 Cross-Selling Sharia Gold Savings: A Hedging Strategy for Hajj Financial Risk Mitigation https://prosiding.stainim.ac.id/index.php/prd/article/view/623
This research analyzes the cross-selling strategy of gold savings to strengthen the financing guarantee for Hajj Pilgrimage Organizing Fees (BPIH) for customers at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Banyuwangi Rogojampi. The results show that resistance to digitalization is not solely caused by technological limitations, but also by concerns about preserving religious traditions, moral values, and pedagogical authority. This research provides theoretical and practical contributions to the development of Islamic education by proposing a strategy for harmonizing traditional Islamic boarding school values with contemporary digital innovation.
Ahmad Ubaidil Munfarid Ahmad Rafi Fitroh Nur Anim Jauhariyah Copyright (c) 2025 ICO EDUSHA 2026-01-14 2026-01-14 6 1 251 258 The Role of Educational Technology in Ensuring Access to Quality Learning within the Education System https://prosiding.stainim.ac.id/index.php/prd/article/view/658
This study aims to analyze the role of educational technology in ensuring access to quality learning at Darussalam Senior High School, Blokagung, Banyuwangi. Islamic economics is not only oriented toward material gain but also emphasizes worship values, ethics, and moral responsibility in every economic activity. Core principles such as justice and honesty in transactions, prohibition of usury (riba), social concern, prudent consumption, and work ethics serve as the foundation for developing ethical economic behavior. Upholding the values of justice and honesty as emphasized in the Qur’an encourages individuals to act with integrity and avoid harming others. The prohibition of riba directs Muslims toward lawful business activities, while the teaching of generosity promotes social solidarity and reduces economic inequality. Additionally, the principle of avoiding excessive consumption fosters a simple and frugal lifestyle. The Islamic work ethic affirms that working is part of worship, thus requiring professionalism and responsibility. By applying these principles, Muslim individuals can develop balanced economic behavior that aligns worldly interests with the hereafter, thereby creating an economic life that is just, moral, and beneficial for the wider community.
Mohamad Zalfa Islama Alalifi Copyright (c) 2025 ICO EDUSHA 2025-12-18 2025-12-18 6 1 29 40 SERVQUAL Based On Islamic Values: Member Satisfaction Model At BMT NU Cabang Purwoharjo https://prosiding.stainim.ac.id/index.php/prd/article/view/628
This study aims to analyze member satisfaction with savings services at the BMT NU Purwoharjo. A qualitative case study approach was used, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving active savings members. Results indicate overall member satisfaction, particularly regarding service accessibility, staff professionalism, transaction speed, and clarity of sharia contract information. SERVQUAL dimension analysis revealed that all five dimensions tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy contribute positively to member satisfaction. The integration of Islamic values such as amanah (trustworthiness), fastabiqul khairat (competing in goodness), and rahmah (compassion) strengthens these service dimensions. In conclusion, improving service quality across all SERVQUAL dimensions, along with strengthening sharia compliance and community-based service innovation, is crucial to maintaining member satisfaction at the BMT NU Purwoharjo Branch.

Keywords : Member satisfaction, service quality, Servqual, Islamic values, BMT
Safira Ardika Dwi Putri Sindi Maya Urbach Yunus Zamroji Copyright (c) 2025 ICO EDUSHA 2026-01-11 2026-01-11 6 1 132 145 Implementation of the Wadiah Contract in the Practice of the Eid Savings Scheme from the Fathul Qorib Perspective https://prosiding.stainim.ac.id/index.php/prd/article/view/634
This study aims to analyze the implementation and sharia compliance of the wadiah yad dhamanah contract in the tabungan hari raya (holiday savings) product at uspps blokagung-banyuwangi through a qualitative case study. Using the Kitab Fathul Qorib as the primary normative perspective, data was collected through interviews, observation, and document studies, and then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The findings indicate uncertainty, despite the formal fulfillment of the contract's pillars through the application of wadiah yad al-dhamanah. An in-depth analysis reveals three substantive deviations. First, the customers' low understanding of the nature of the trust (deposit) contract creates gharar (uncertainty) and erodes the principle of ridha (mutual consent) emphasized in Fathul Qorib. Second, the practice of a fixed, promoted "Certainty Bonus" of 5% has transformed the voluntary nature of a hibah (gift) into an expected return, approaching the realm of syubhat riba al-nasi'ah (suspicion of usury related to delay). Third, an inconsistency was found between the legal construct of the wadiah contract and the logic of benefit distribution equated with profit-sharing, creating legal ambiguity (talfiq al-‘uqud). This study concludes that sharia compliance cannot be adequately assessed solely from formal adherence but requires substantive integrity encompassing clarity, transparency, and coherence with classical fiqh principles. Recommendations focus on transparent contract reformulation, comprehensive customer education, and strengthening sharia supervision based on the authority of classical Islamic texts.

Keywords: Wadiah yad dhamanah contract, Fathul Qorib, Sharia Compliance.
Afida Mariani Kamila Lely Ana Ferawati Ekaningsih Copyright (c) 2025 ICO EDUSHA 2026-01-11 2026-01-11 6 1 76 84
